Kindness is
a lifestyle
a shared language
for how we live.
It means being good to other people, caring for the environment and trying not to cause harm. But being nice, keeping a respectful distance and avoiding harm are only the entry level of kindness.
At Do4Kind, we provide simple daily activities that help people practise kindness, recognise the good around them and strengthen their connections with other people, their communities and the environment.
Kindness is not only something we feel.
It is something we practise, develop and live.

Turning kindness
into everyday actions.
Do4Kind turns kindness into simple, practical activities that people can include in everyday life.
Our projects include Kindness Notes, Coffee Count, the Workplace Wristband Project, Daily Dose, the Kindness Evaluation, StopWaste, and other community initiatives. Each project encourages people to practise kindness, recognise positive behaviour, build stronger human connections and make more socially and environmentally conscious choices.
